We don't publish a fixed rate card because every practice is different. Pricing scales with your active job slots and hiring volume — 2 roles is priced differently than 4. We scope this together on a 20-minute discovery call, with no obligation.

Are there any per-hire success fees?

Never. All tiers operate on a flat monthly model. You can make as many hires as you need during your engagement without triggering additional fees — the opposite of how traditional agencies work.

Do you only recruit PAs, or other providers too?

We specialize in PAs and NPs across all tiers. Our Apex retained search also covers physicians, surgeons, and clinical leadership roles. Surgical techs and OR support staff are also within scope.
